Verordnung des BLW über die biologische Landwirtschaft

Das Bundesamt für Landwirtschaft (BLW)
verordnet:
I
Die Anhänge 1 und 2 der Verordnung des BLW vom 11. November 20201 über die biologische Landwirtschaft werden gemäss Beilage geändert.
II
Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. April 2025 in Kraft.

2. Herkunft:
Erzeugnisse, der Kategorien A, B und F, die in Neuseeland erzeugt wurden, und Erzeugnisse der Kategorie D, die in Neuseeland mit biologischen Zutaten verarbeitet wurden, die in Neuseeland erzeugt oder nach Neuseeland eingeführt wurden:
a. aus der Schweiz;
b. aus einem nach diesem Anhang anerkannten Land; oder
c. aus einem Land, dessen Produktions- und Kontrollvorschriften auf der Grundlage der Garantien und Informationen, die von der zuständigen Behörde des betreffenden Landes gemäss den vom New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) aufgestellten Vorschriften geliefert wurden, als dem MPI-Progamm «Official Organic Assurance Programme» gleichwertig anerkannt worden sind, wobei nur aus ökologischem Landbau stammende Zutaten eingeführt werden dürfen, die für in Neuseeland aufbereitete Erzeugnisse der Kategorie D bestimmt sind und deren Anteil an den Erzeugnissen landwirtschaftlichen Ursprungs höchstens 5 Prozent beträgt.
