Auch wenn das Verhandlungspaket mit der EU eine neue Stossrichtung erfahren hat (vertikaler statt horizontaler Ansatz), ist die Kommission der Auffassung, dass die Motion materiell nach wie vor berechtigt und aktuell ist.
