Ordonnance instituant des mesures à l’encontre de la Sierra Leone

Modification du 15 octobre 2003

Le Conseil fédéral suisse arrête:

I L’ordonnance du 8 décembre 1997 instituant des mesures à l’encontre de la Sierra Leone1 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 2a Abrogé

Art. 3, al. 1 1 L’entrée en Suisse et le transit par la Suisse sont interdits aux personnes citées à l’annexe 2.

Art. 4, al. 1

1 Quiconque aura violé les dispositions des art. 1 et 3 sera puni conformément à

l’art. 9 de la loi sur les embargos.

II La présente ordonnance est complétée par l’annexe 2 ci-jointe.

III La présente modification entre en vigueur le 16 octobre 2003.
