Il Dipartimento federale dell’economia, visto l’articolo 16 della legge del 22 marzo 2002¹ sugli embarghi, ordina:

I L’allegato all’ordinanza del 25 maggio 2005² che istituisce provvedimenti nei con- fronti del Sudan è sostituito dalla versione qui annessa.

II La presente modifica entra in vigore il 23 ottobre 2007.
