I L’allegato 2 dell’ordinanza del 2 ottobre 20002 che istituisce provvedimenti nei confronti delle persone e delle organizzazioni legate a Osama bin Laden, al gruppo «Al-Qaïda» o ai Taliban è modificato come segue:
