Ordinanza che istituisce misure nei confronti della Sierra Leone

Modifica del 15 ottobre 2003

Il Consiglio federale svizzero ordina:

I L’ordinanza dell’8 dicembre 19971 che istituisce misure nei confronti della Sierra Leone è modificata come segue:

Art. 2a Abrogato

Art. 3 cpv. 1 1 L’entrata e il transito in Svizzera sono vietati alle persone elencate nell’allegato 2.

Art. 4 cpv. 1 1 Chiunque viola gli articoli 1 e 3 della presente ordinanza è punito conformemente all’articolo 9 della legge sugli embarghi.

II La presente ordinanza è completata con l’allegato 2 qui annesso.

III La presente modifica entra in vigore il 16 ottobre 2003.
