Ordinanza che istituisce provvedimenti nei confronti della Repubblica democratica del Congo

Modifica del 16 ottobre 2007

Il Dipartimento federale dell’economia, visto l’articolo 16 della legge del 22 marzo 2002¹ sugli embarghi, ordina:

I L’allegato all’ordinanza del 22 giugno 2005² che istituisce provvedimenti nei con- fronti della Repubblica democratica del Congo è sostituito dalla versione qui annessa.

II La presente modifica entra in vigore il 23 ottobre 2007.
