Ordinanza del DFI sulla cartella informatizzata del paziente (OCIP-DFI)

Modifica del 16 marzo 2021

L’Ufficio federale della sanità pubblica (UFSP), visti gli articoli 2 capoverso 2, 3 capoverso 2, 5 capoverso 2 e 8 capoverso 2 dell’ordinanza del DFI del 22 marzo 20171 sulla cartella informatizzata del paziente (OCIP-DFI), ordina:

I

1 Gli allegati 2, 3 e 8 dell’OCIP-DFI sono modificati2.

2 L’allegato 5 è sostituito dalla versione qui annessa.

II La presente ordinanza entra in vigore il 15 aprile 2021.
