Preambolo

Il Dipartimento federale dell’interno (DFI)

ordina:

I

L’ordinanza del DFI del 22 marzo 2017¹ sulla cartella informatizzata del paziente è modificata come segue:

Art. 8b Disposizione transitoria della modifica del 28 ottobre 2022

Fino al 31 dicembre 2023 le comunità e le comunità di riferimento non sono tenute ad attuare la modifica del 28 ottobre 2022.

¹ Gli allegati 2–4² sono modificati.

² L’allegato 5 è sostituito dalla versione qui annessa.

III

La presente ordinanza entra in vigore il 1° dicembre 2022.
