Il Dipartimento federale dell’economia, visto l’articolo 16 della legge del 22 marzo 2002¹ sugli embarghi, ordina:

I L’allegato 3 dell’ordinanza del 25 ottobre 2006² che istituisce provvedimenti nei confronti della Repubblica popolare democratica di Corea è sostituito dalla versione qui annessa.

II La presente modifica entra in vigore il 19 maggio 2012.3

KOMID was designated by the Committee in April 2009 and is the DPRK’s primary arms dealer and main exporter of goods and equipment related to ballistic missiles and conventional weapons. The Security Council designa- ted SHIG in resolution 1737 (2006) as an entity involved in Iran’s ballistic missile programme.
