Verordnung über Massnahmen gegenüber der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea

Änderung vom 16. Mai 2012

Das Eidgenössische Volkswirtschaftsdepartement, gestützt auf Artikel 16 des Embargogesetzes vom 22. März 2002¹, verordnet:

I Anhang 3 der Verordnung vom 25. Oktober 2006² über Massnahmen gegenüber der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea erhält die neue Fassung gemäss Beilage.

II Diese Änderung tritt am 19. Mai 2012 in Kraft.3

The Security Council desig- nated SHIG in resolution

1737 (2006) as an entity

involved in Iran’s ballistic missile programme. Ri Je-son Ri Che-son 1938 Director of the GBAE, chief agency directing DPRK’s nuclear program; facilitates several nuclear endeavors including GBAE’s manage- ment of Yongbyon Nuclear Research Centre and Nam- chongang Trading Corporation.
