Ordinanza che istituisce provvedimenti nei confronti della Repubblica popolare democratica di Corea

Modifica del 27 luglio 2009

Il Dipartimento federale dell’economia, visto l’articolo 16 della legge del 22 marzo 2002¹ sugli embarghi, ordina:

I Gli allegati 1, 3 e 4 dell’ordinanza del 25 ottobre 2006² che istituisce provvedimenti nei confronti della Repubblica popolare democratica di Corea sono sostituiti dalle versioni qui annesse.

II La presente modifica entra in vigore il 30 luglio 2009.3

Beni, compresi tecnologie e software, ai quali si applica il divieto di cui all’articolo 1 capoversi 2 e 3

1. I beni di cui all’allegato 2, parte 1 dell’ordinanza del 25 giugno 19974 sul controllo dei beni a duplice impiego (OBDI). 2. I beni di cui all’allegato 2, parte 2 OBDI. Sono esclusi i numeri di controllo all’esportazione recanti i codici 001–099.

3. Materiali nucleari giusta l’articolo 1 dell’ordinanza del 10 dicembre 20045

sull’energia nucleare.

4. Sistemi completi di razzi e aeromobili senza pilota, compresi sottosistemi

completi, che non sono contemplati dall’articolo 1 capoverso 1. 5. Tutti i beni rimanenti che possono essere impiegati in relazione con sistemi di razzi e con aeromobili senza pilota nonché con programmi di produzione di armi di distruzione di massa e quelli contemplati dall’allegato 2, parte 2 OBDI, dall’allegato 3 OBDI o dall’allegato 1 dell’ordinanza del 25 febbraio
