Änderung vom 28. Juni 2013
Das Bundesamt für Gesundheit, im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesamt für Umwelt und dem Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft, gestützt auf Artikel 97a der Chemikalienverordnung vom 18. Mai 20051 (ChemV), verordnet:
I Anhang 7 der Chemikalienverordnung vom 18. Mai 2005 wird gemäss Beilage ersetzt.
II Diese Änderung tritt am 1. August 2013 in Kraft.
