Gewässerschutzverordnung (GSchV)
Änderung vom 13. Februar 2020
Das Eidgenössische Departement für Umwelt, Verkehr, Energie und Kommunikation, gestützt auf Artikel 45 Absatz 5 der Gewässerschutzverordnung vom 28. Oktober 19981, verordnet:
I Anhang 2 Ziffer 11 Absatz 3 (Tabelle) der Gewässerschutzverordnung vom 28. Ok- tober 1998 wird gemäss Beilage geändert.
II Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. April 2020 in Kraft.
