Sofern die Volksinitiative nicht zurückgezogen wird, wird sie zusammen mit dem Gegenentwurf (Bundesbeschluss über eine Reduktion der Stoffeinträge aus der Landwirtschaft) Volk und Ständen nach dem Verfahren gemäss Artikel 139b der Bundesverfassung zur Abstimmung unterbreitet.

Die Bundesversammlung empfiehlt Volk und Ständen, die Initiative abzulehnen und den Gegenentwurf anzunehmen.

L'Assemblée fédérale recommande au peuple et aux cantons de rejeter l'initiative et d'accepter le contre-projet.
