H012 - Reply to Request of date of Change of Legislation Applicable

SED H012 is used to answer a request for information on changes of legislation applicable by virtue of SED H011. Always give the Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the sending and the receiving Member State (the latter should have been provided with the H011). This SED is used only for answering an SED H011.
