SED A007 - Provisional Determination of Applicable Legislation

This SED is used in reply to SED A004, in order to indicate the disagreement with the (provisional) determination by the other Member state and inform about a new determination under article 6(6) Reg (EC) 987/2009.

The sending institution should fill in the current validated information and pay particular attention to the Provisional decision on applicable legislation mandatory section.

The Date of request according to 6(1)(c) is the date when the request was brought before the Administrative Commission.

It is possible to add attachments to A007.
