Reduction of issuing Fees for Money Market Papers
Amendment of listing Fees for Money Market Papers
SIX Swiss Exchange is pleased to announce the reduction of issuing fees for Money Market Papers. Issuing Fees for Money Market Papers SIX Swiss Exchange will in future calculate the issuing fees for money market papers issued with a duration not exceeding one year to maturity at CHF 0.05 per CHF 1,000 of nominal value, capped at CHF 5,000 per issue or additional tranche. The updated Directive 7: Fees and Costs becomes effective on 1 July 2016 and is available now on the SIX Swiss Exchange website.

Listing Fees for Money Market Papers SIX Swiss Exchange will amend the listing fees for bonds issued with a duration not exceeding one year to maturity. For Money Market Papers issued under an issuance programme according to Art. 16 of the Additional Rules for the Listing of Bonds, a CHF 5,000.00 fee will be charged. Chapters 5.1, 5.2 and 5.7 of the List of Charges will not apply. Further information is available from the 1 July 2016 via the SIX Exchange Regulation Communiqués on the SIX Swiss Exchange Regulation website. The updated List of Charges becomes effective on 1 July 2016.
