Never send passwords, access tokens, client information, or private legal records.

Use this channel for connection errors, unexpected tool behavior, rate-limit questions, or inaccessible public pages. Include sanitized reproduction steps and the client name and version when relevant.

For a reproducible indexing or metadata problem, you may use report_issue after explicitly confirming the write, or email support. A missing search result alone may reflect source coverage rather than a defect — the coverage page shows what each source currently includes.

Use the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, deletion, or restriction requests. Include only enough information to locate the relevant record. See the Privacy Policy.

Use the subject “Security report” and describe the issue privately. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or publish sensitive details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
