SIX Swiss Exchange hereby notifies participants about the reduction of the reporting fees for Transaction Reports retroactive as of 1 January 2019 as well as the introduction of a new annual fee for parties subject to the duty to report from 1 January 2020.

Reporting Fees for Transaction Reports

SIX Swiss Exchange is delighted to inform participants about the further reduction of the flat-rate annual reporting fee for Transaction Reports. The reduced reporting fees for Transaction Reports will be applicable retroactively as of

The billing for Transaction Reports for the entire year 2019 will be executed at the beginning of January 2020 and carried out based on the new rate bands. Participants will receive their invoice for Transaction Reports as usual by post or e-mail. In addition, the invoices will be published in the password-protected private Member Section:

For the sake of clarity, participants receive a monthly report containing an overview of all submitted Transaction Reports liable to charges. SIX Swiss Exchange will provide the monthly reports on the password-protected private Member Section at:

Annual fee for parties subject to the duty to report

From 1 January 2020, SIX Swiss Exchange will introduce an annual fee of CHF 4,000 for parties subject to the duty to report which is comparable to the annual fee for trading participants. Existing trading members will not be required to pay the annual fee for parties subject to the duty to report if they have already paid the participant annual fee described in Clause 3.3 para. 1 of the List of Charges under the Trading Rules of SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd.

The invoice for the annual fee for parties subject to the duty to report will be issued for the first time in January 2021 in addition to the reporting fees for Transaction Reports 2020.

List of Charges under the Reporting Rules

The List of Charges under the Reporting Rules of SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd has been amended to include the reduced reporting fees for Transaction Reports and new annual fee for parties subject to the duty to report.
