Distribution schedule
The distribution schedule is prepared when proceeds from realization are available for payment. In Swiss enforcement and bankruptcy practice it reflects the admitted claims, statutory ranking, secured positions, costs and any interim or final dividend. Creditors can review whether the calculation follows the schedule of claims and the applicable priority rules. If objections are available, they must be raised through the proper procedure. The schedule gives practical effect to the collective nature of bankruptcy and to ranking rules in individual enforcement.
