Schedule of claims

In Swiss bankruptcy practice, the schedule of claims is prepared by the bankruptcy administration after creditors file their claims. It states whether each claim is admitted or rejected and, if admitted, in which rank or class it participates. Secured claims and privileges are also reflected as relevant. The schedule is central for transparency and later distribution, but it is not necessarily final: creditors whose rights are affected may challenge entries through the available procedural remedies, including a collocation action.
