This BUC contains the process on change of legislation applicable - Notification, as described in the Guidelines as the flow numbers F- H005. This BUC is designed to implement Article 20 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 987/2009. The BUC can be used to notify the institution in the

former Member State on the date when the new Member State’s legislation became applicable to the person concerned.
