SED U007 – Request Document on Export

This SED is used in a situation if an unemployed person (petitioner) registers with the employment services of the assisting State (Case Owner) without having PD U2 (exceptional cases). In that case, the assisting institution (Case Owner) requests with SED U007 the information that should have been on PD U2.

Together with the request the assisting institution (Case Owner) provides the date of registration and the current address of the jobseeker. With this information the competent State (Counterparty) can continue to pay unemployment benefits to the jobseeker. It is therefore very important that this SED is sent immediately after the registration of the petitioner in the assisting State – otherwise, a delay could result in the suspension of the payment of unemployment benefits from the competent institution.
