ESG compliance

ESG compliance integrates sustainability-related legal duties with corporate governance and risk management. In Switzerland it is relevant to non-financial reporting, climate disclosures for larger companies, due diligence in sensitive supply chains, anti-corruption, human rights, workplace standards and greenwashing risk. International standards and EU rules often affect Swiss groups, exporters and financial institutions. Effective programmes define board responsibilities, data controls, supplier monitoring, grievance channels and review of sustainability claims in marketing, financing and investor communications.
