Modification du 27 juillet 2009

Le Département fédéral de l’économie, vu l’art. 16 de la loi du 22 mars 2002 sur les embargos¹, arrête:

I Les annexes 1, 3 et 4 de l’ordonnance du 25 octobre 2006 instituant des mesures à l’encontre de la République populaire démocratique de Corée² sont remplacées par les versions ci-jointes.

II La présente modification entre en vigueur le 30 juillet 20093.

1. Biens cités à l’annexe 2, partie 1 de l’ordonnance du 25 juin 1997 sur le

contrôle des biens (OCB)4.

2. Biens cités à l’annexe 2, partie 2 de l’OCB. Les numéros de contrôle à

l’exportation portant les codes 001 à 099 sont exclus.

3. Les matières nucléaires citées à l’art 1 de l’ordonnance du 10 décembre

2004 sur l’énergie nucléaire5.

4. Les systèmes complets de fusées et de véhicules aériens sans pilote, y com-
