Präambel
Das Eidgenössische Departement des Innern (EDI)
verordnet:
I
Die Verordnung des EDI vom 22. März 20171 über das elektronische Patientendossier wird wie folgt geändert:
Art. 8e Übergangsbestimmung zur Änderung vom 30. April 2025Bis zum 31. Mai 2027 müssen Herausgeber von Identifikationsmitteln, Gemeinschaften und Stammgemeinschaften die Änderung vom 30. April 2025 nicht umsetzen.
II
1 Die Anhänge 2–4 und 82 werden geändert.
2 Anhang 5 erhält die neue Fassung gemäss Beilage.
III
Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. Juni 2025 in Kraft.
