Das Eidgenössische Volkswirtschaftsdepartement,
gestützt auf die Artikel 6 Absatz 2, 7 Absatz 2 und Artikel 8 der Pflanzenschutzmittelverordnung vom 18. Mai 20051,
verordnet:

Die Anhänge1 und 8 der Pflanzenschutzmittelverordnung vom 18. Mai 2005 werden gemäss Beilage geändert.
II
Diese Änderung tritt am 25. Mai 2008 in Kraft.
