La liquidation est opérée sous la raison de commerce: MegaWat S.A. en liquidation par Bingesser Boris, de Einsiedeln, à Bourg-en-Lavaux, nommé liquidateur avec signature individuelle. Bingesser Larissa, maintenant à Bourg-en-Lavaux, est nommée liquidatrice.
