La Région SA, à Yverdon-les-Bains, CHE-112.819.208 (FOSC du 17.09.2014, p. 0/1719783). Selon décision de son assemblée générale du 20 janvier 2016, la société a prononcé sa dissolution. La liquidation est opérée sous la raison de commerce: La Région SA, en liquidation. Les 20'000 actions nominatives de CHF 20 et les 3'971 actions nominatives de CHF 100 ne sont plus restreintes quant à la transmissibilité selon l'art. 685a, al. 3 CO. La signature de Raposo Isidoro est radiée. Blanc Olivier, Dubath Philippe, Sonney Gérard, maintenant à Mauborget, et Tanner Philippe, qui ne sont plus administrateurs, sont nommés liquidateurs avec signature collective à deux.
