The contract encompasses the basic services BKP 293 for phases 31 to 53 according to SIA 108 (preliminary design up to and including implementation) for the winning project "ENFILADE" from the previously held competition for the renovation and expansion of the primary school Dorf in Flums, under the overall management of the architectural firm Fiechter & Salzmann Architekten GmbH. The KBOB's general terms and conditions for planning services, KBOB edition 2026, apply. The contract will be concluded on the basis of the planning contracts according to KBOB.
