Allemagne5 Avec la réunification de l’Allemagne, le 3 octobre 1990, la convention s’applique à l’ensemble du territoire de la République fédérale d’Allemagne. Concernant les actes publics émanant des nouveaux Länder de: – Brandebourg – Mecklembourg-Poméranie Occidentale – Saxe – Saxe-Anhalt – Thuringe la compétence pour apposer l’apostille visée à l’article 3, alinéa 1, de la convention revient aux autorités suivantes: a) für Urkunden der Justizverwal- die Ministerien für Justiz sowie die tungsbehörden, der ordentlichen Präsidenten der Landgerichte Gerichte (Zivil- und Strafge- (Bezirksgerichte) richte) und der Notare b) für Urkunden aller Verwaltungs- die Ministerien für Inneres sowie die behörden (ausser Justizverwal- Regierungspräsidenten (Bezirks- tungsbehörden) regierungen), und das Landesver- waltungsamt (Thüringen) c) für Urkunden anderer Gerichte die Ministerien für Inneres, die Regie- als der ordentlichen Gerichte rungspräsidenten (Bezirks- (vgl. Le Ministère de la Justice est autorisé à apposer une apostille sur les actes délivrés par les autorités judiciaires et les tribunaux; le Ministère de l’Education nationale est autorisé à apposer une apostille sur les actes délivrés par les autorités habilitées en matière d’enseignement; la Commission d’Archivage et de Gestion de l’Adminis- ration est autorisée à apposer une apostille sur les actes délivrés par les Archives nationales et le Ministère des Affaires étrangères, quant à lui, est autorisé à apposer une apostille sur tous les autres actes.
