L’Office fédéral de l’agriculture (OFAG)

Les annexes 1 et 2 de l’ordonnance de l’OFAG du 11 novembre 2020 sur l’agriculture biologique1 sont modifiées conformément au texte ci-joint.
II
La présente ordonnance entre en vigueur le 1er avril 2025.

2. Provenance:
Produits des catégories A, B et F produits en Nouvelle-Zélande et produits de la catégorie D transformés en Nouvelle-Zélande contenant des ingrédients biologiques qui ont été produits en Nouvelle-Zélande ou importés en Nouvelle-Zélande:
a. de Suisse, ou
b. d’un pays reconnu conformément à la présente annexe, ou
c. d’un pays dont les prescriptions relatives à la production et au contrôle ont été reconnues équivalentes à celles du programme MPI «Official Organic Assurance Programme» sur la base des garanties et informations fournies par l’autorité compétente conformément aux prescriptions édictées par le New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), à condition que seuls des ingrédients issus de l’agriculture biologique qui sont destinés à des produits transformés en Nouvelle-Zélande entrant dans la catégorie D et qui constituent au maximum 5 % de ces produits d’origine agricole soient importés.
