Stadtratsbeschluss vom 22. Juni 2011 (720) Der Rettungsdiensttarif wird mit Wirkung ab 1. Juli 2011 neu wie folgt festgesetzt: A. Grundleistungen, Notarztleistungen und Zuschläge 1. 2. Notarzteinsätze Tarif Fr. 2.1 Notarztzubringer Notarztfahrzeug mit Be- 210 satzung 2.2 Ärztliche Leistung Notarzt Der Notarzttarif beinhaltet 420 die ärztliche Leistung eines Notarztes ohne Entschädi- gung für Notarzttransport, Verbrauchsmaterial und Medikamente und wird pauschal verrechnet. 3. Zuschläge Tarif Fr. 3.1 Nachtzuschlag Pro Einsatz (4) 75 3.2 Sonntags-/Feiertags­ Pro Einsatz (5) 75 zuschlag 3.3 Wartezeit Wird als Arbeitszeit verrechnet ge- mäss 1.4. 3.4 Rückfahrten Für Rückfahrten des gleichen Patien- ten, am selben Tag, kommt der Nor­ maltarif zur Anwendung. 3.5 Umwegfahrten Die zusätzlichen km sowie die Ar- beitszeit werden verrechnet. 3.6 Mehrere Patienten im Bei Transporten mit mehreren Pati- Fahrzeug enten im gleichen Fahrzeug werden die Kosten anteilmässig in Rechnung gestellt. 3.7 Begleitpersonen Nicht taxpflichtig (kein Transportan- spruch). 3.8 Isoletten-/Organtransporte* Für diese Transporte gilt bei Einfach- wie bei Doppelbesatzung der vorlie- gende Tarif. * Von den Organtransporten sind jene ausgeschlossen, die unter den «Ver- trag für die Regelung von Transplanta- tionen solider Organe und Transport» fallen.

3.9 Material, Wäsche, Administ­ Medikamente, verschmutzte Wäsche, ration Verbrauchsmaterial usw. werden ge- mäss Rubrik C in Rechnung gestellt. 4. Erläuterungen zu den Tarifpositionen (1) Pos. 1.1 Die Grundtaxe umfasst 1 Stunde Arbeitszeit, die Pos. 1.2 Einsatzdisposition, Infrastrukturkosten und Pikett- stellungen. Ein Einsatz ist ein «nicht aufschiebbarer Transport», wenn er nicht planbar ist, d. h., wenn er seit Eingang des Auftrags (Alarmierung) innerhalb einer Stunde stattfinden muss. (2) Pos. 1.3 Für alle Fahrten/Transporte sind die gefahrenen Ki- lometer massgeblich. (3) Pos. 1.4 In der Grundtaxe ist die erste Arbeitsstunde (Fahr- und Arbeitszeit) für die Besatzung (2 Personen) enthalten. Spesen wie Verpflegungs- und Über- nachtungskosten, Verlade- und Autobahngebühren usw. werden zusätzlich nach Aufwand in Rechnung gestellt. (4) Pos. 3.1 Der Nachtzuschlag gilt für alle Einsätze, welche zwi- schen 20.00 Uhr und 6.00 Uhr begonnen werden. (5) Pos. 3.2 Der Sonntags-/Feiertagszuschlag gilt für alle Ein- sätze, welche zwischen 0.00 Uhr und 24.00 Uhr des betreffenden Tages begonnen werden. B. Sondereinsätze Einsätze bei Grossereignissen werden wie folgt in Rechnung gestellt: – Arbeitszeit der Mitarbeitenden gemäss den jeweils gültigen Ansätzen – Infrastruktur und Verbrauchsmaterial nach Aufwand – Einsatz anderer Organisationen gemäss deren Rechnungs- stellung Der Rettungsdiensttarif der Stadt Zürich vom 1. Januar 2005 (STRB Nr. 2224/2004; AS 810.200) wird auf den Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Beschlusses aufgehoben.

Emergency doctor call-outs Tariff in CHF 2.1 Emergency doctor transport Emergency doctor’s vehicle with crew 210 2.2 Medical services, emergency The emergency doctor’s tariff includes the med- 420 doctor ical services of an emergency doctor, without compensation for emergency doctor’s transport, consumables and medication and will be charged at a flat rate. 3. Surcharges Tariff in CHF 3.1 Night-time surcharge Per deployment (4) 75 3.2 Sunday/public holiday surcharge Per deployment (5) 75 3.3 Waiting time Charged as working time in accordance with 1.4. 3.4 Return journeys For return trips for the same patient, on the same day, the nor- mal rate is applied. 3.5 Detours The additional km and working time will be charged. 3.6 Several patients in the vehicle When transporting several patients in the same vehicle, the costs will be charged proportionately. 3.7 Accompanying persons Not chargeable (no transportation requirement)

3.8 Transport of isolettes and or- The present tariff applies for the transport of these items for sin- gans* gle and two-man crews. * Any organ transportation which falls under the “Agreement for the regulation of the transplants of solid organs and transport” is excluded. 3.9 Materials, laundry, administration Medicines, soiled laundry, consumables, etc. will be charged in accordance with Section C. 4. Explanatory notes to the tariff headings (1) Hdg 1.1 The basic charge comprises 1 hour’s working time, scheduling of deployment, infra- Hdg 1.2 structure costs and standby services. Deployment is deemed to be "transport that cannot be delayed" if it cannot be planned, i.e. if it must take place within one hour of the receipt of the order (alert). (2) Hdg 1.3 The kilometres driven apply for all journeys/transports (3) Hdg 1.4 The basic charge includes the first hour of work (travel and working time) for the crew (2 people). Expenses, such as food and accommodation, loading and motorway charges, etc. will be charged at cost additionally. (4) Hdg 3.1 The night-time surcharge applies to all deployments which are started between 20:00 and 06:00. (5) Hdg 3.2 The Sunday and public holiday surcharge applies to all deployments which are started between 00:00 and 24:00 on the relevant day. C - Special deployments Deployments at large events shall be charged as follows: – Working time of the staff in accordance with the respective prevailing rates – Infrastructure and consumables according to expenditure – Deployment of other organisations in accordance with their invoice The City of Zurich’s Emergency Services Tariff of 1 January 2005 (City Council Decision No. 2224/2004; AS 810.200) shall be repealed on the date this decision becomes effective.

Explications à propos des positions tarifaires (1) Pos. 1.1 La taxe de base inclut 1 heure de temps de travail, l’intervention, les coûts Pos .1.2 d’infrastructure et les mises de piquet. Une intervention est considérée comme «transport ne pouvant pas être re- porté» si elle n’est pas planifiable, c.-à-d. si elle doit avoir lieu jusqu’à une heure après la réception de la commande (alarme). (2) Pos. 1.3 Pour tous les trajets/transports, les kilomètres parcourus sont déterminants. (3) Pos. 1.4 La taxe de base inclut la première heure de temps de travail (temps de trajet et temps de travail) pour l’équipage (2 personnes). Les dépenses telles que les frais de restauration et d’hébergement, de chargement et de péage, etc. sont facturés en sus selon les sommes engagées. (4) Pos. 3.1 Le supplément nocturne s’applique à toutes les interventions démarrant entre (5) Pos.
