Vermögensübertragung: Die Gesellschaft überträgt gemäss Vermögensübertragungsvertrag vom 22.06.2021 und Inventar per 31.12.2020 Aktiven von CHF 1'826'291.54 und Passiven (Fremdkapital) von CHF 1'805'798.46 auf die Wohnheim Bueche GmbH, in Utzenstorf (CHE-400.736.830). Gegenleistung: 200 Stammanteile zu CHF 100.00 sowie Forderungen von total CHF 493.08. Die Gesellschaft hat sich aufgelöst. Die Liquidation ist durchgeführt. Die Gesellschaft wird gelöscht.
