Vermögensübertragung: Die Gesellschaft überträgt gemäss Vermögensübertragungsvertrag vom 23.05.2018 und Inventar per 31.12.2017 Aktiven von CHF 343'593.98 und Passiven (Fremdkapital) von CHF 130'652.79 auf die J-P. Fracheboud AG, in Orpund (CHE-250.674.667). Gegenleistung: 100 zu 100 % liberierte Namenaktien zu CHF 1'000.00 sowie eine Forderung von CHF 112'941.19. Die Gesellschaft hat sich aufgelöst. Die Liquidation ist durchgeführt. Die Gesellschaft wird gelöscht.
