- <p><b>WILLERFUNDS</b></p><p><b>NOTICE TO THE UNITHOLDERS</b></p><p>Notice to unitholders of WILLERFUNDS, organised as a "fonds commun de placement (FCP)" in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg </p><p>Following the merger between Intesa Sanpaolo Private Bank (Suisse) Morval SA & Reyl & Cie SA, which will be authorized by the commercial registry of Geneva Canton mid-January 2022 (retroactive date 1st January 2022), Reyl &Cie SA will become the new Swiss representative and paying agent according to art. 123 & 121 CISA.
