Extension of the participants’ rights and obligations
Amendment of Rule Book of SIX Swiss Exchange effective 1 January 2018
With this message SIX Swiss Exchange informs participants about the following amendments in the Rule Book of SIX Swiss Exchange effective 1 January 2018.
Like Swiss securities dealers, foreign participants on the stock exchange are obliged to meet the (equivalent) technical and operational requirements at all times and to inform the stock exchange immediately in the event of any related changes in circumstances.
In this relation the following amendments have been made to the SIX Swiss Exchange Rule Book:
