Gegenleistung: 1'000 Namenaktien zu CHF 100.00 der Pollak AG und Gutschrift einer Forderung von CHF 364'621.67. Die Gesellschaft hat sich aufgelöst. Die Liquidation ist durchgeführt. Die Gesellschaft wird gelöscht.
